Tuna mousse (Mousse di tonno)
Christmas is just around the corner. If you are a bit stressed and wondering what to make for a starter or aperitif and you fancy something new, this tasty mousse is for you.
This lovely tuna recipe is very simple, quick and perfect for any occasion.
There is also a different way of using and preparing tuna: a spreadable cream ideal for an aperitif or as finger food in a buffet.
You can distribute the mousse in small glasses or you can serve it on "crostini" (toasted bread) or as a filling for vol-au-vent or tartlets.
It goes without saying that the tuna must be of good quality, it is best in glass or in a can in olive oil.
