Sesame breaded tuna (Tonno al sesamo)
This is a very simple recipe that enhances the delicious taste of this fish. The tuna will retain a pink and soft meat inside, while the outside will become crispy thanks to the quick cooking.
The fish is breaded with sesame seeds in two colors to achieve a beautiful color effect. The taste of sesame seeds goes perfectly with tuna. 😊
This fish dish is not only good, but it is also very healthy. Tuna contributes important nutrients such as iodine, selenium, vitamin B12 and iron.
You can serve it with the vegetables you like best. All fit well.
